Privacy Policy

Your health questions are never sold, never used to train AI models, and never shared with third parties for marketing. What you ask stays between you and Honest Health.
Who we are
Honest Health is an AI health information service operated by Full Picture Medicine. You can reach us at hello@askhonesthealth.com.
Our app is available at app.askhonesthealth.com and on iOS and Android.
What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Account information. Your email address, used to create and manage your account.
- Health queries. The questions you type into Honest Health, stored so we can show you your query history and improve reliability.
- Usage data. Query counts and timestamps, used to enforce free-tier limits and Pro plan entitlements.
- Device information. Basic device type and operating system version, collected automatically to diagnose technical issues.
- Payment information. If you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe (web) or Apple/Google (mobile). We never see or store your card details.
We do not collect your actual health records, medical history, or any data from your device's health apps.
How we use your data
- To provide and improve the Honest Health service
- To authenticate your account and maintain your session
- To enforce usage limits and manage your subscription
- To show you your query history within the app
- To diagnose and fix technical problems
- To communicate with you about your account if necessary
We do not use your health queries to train AI models. Your questions are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses, and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
Third parties we work with
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Your account data and query history are stored on Supabase infrastructure. Privacy policy.
- Anthropic — AI model provider. Your health queries are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Privacy policy.
- Stripe — payment processing for web subscriptions. Privacy policy.
- RevenueCat — subscription management for iOS and Android. Privacy policy.
- Railway — backend hosting provider. Privacy policy.
We do not sell your data to any third party, and none of the above providers are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@askhonesthealth.com with the subject line "Delete my account". We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Data retention
We retain your account information and query history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time

Children
Honest Health is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use of Honest Health after changes means you accept the updated policy.
